At OVELO, we want you to love every product you order.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, you can return your item within 14 days from the delivery date. Please review the full policy below before sending your return.
🔹 Return Conditions

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days after receiving your order.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds are processed only after we have received and inspected the returned item.

Once the return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email and your refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Wait for confirmation and instructions.

🔹 Refunds

Refunds are issued only after the returned item is received and verified.

Once approved, the refund will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue quickly.

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you’d like a different product, please return your item and place a new order once your refund has been processed.
